• Complete the civil construction drawing design cooperating with the civil project managers;
• Responsible for on-site monitoring, technical support, quality control and management;
• Responsible for on-site progress reporting during the construction of the local station, circuit and opposite station;
• Assist the selection of subcontractors;
• Assistance with local translations

• Experience in construction, energy (desirable)
• Chinese languages is a must, strong Kazakh and Russian languages are compulsory
• Вachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering, etc;
• Civil engineering professional work experience, with overseas power station project site civil construction experience, familiar with the operation technology and management of concrete mixing station in site construction, can control the quality of raw materials, production and pouring construction of concrete;

• Able to work 5/2
• Knows Chinese Language
