Обязанности / Responsibilities:

Carry out familiarization project/order reviews incl. contract requirements, risk assessment and other important aspects
Perform internal Kick off meeting with Project Teams, Customer kick off, clarification and preiodaical progress meetings in order to achieve execution of the projects effectively and timely manner;
Insure proper implementation of EPMS and Document Register by effectively communicating with dedicated project teams, DCC and other departments and colleagues;
Documentation: Ensure that project documents are submitted to customers, controlled (followed-up) and archived;
Scope & Contract - Closely look after contract change and issue VORs, Technical deviations or queries in a timely manner with further follow up and feedback to be received from Customers;
Communication: prepare and submit Progress reports to customers and internal management team;
Make sure all customer requirments are met in terms of compliance to datasheets & specification; documentation: certification (different CU TR), procedures, MRBs, Technical passports;

Требования / Qualifications & must have knowledge:

BS or MSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Hydraulical, Electrical, Automation) ideally completed by a degree or qualification in Project Management
Ideally working for the oilfield industry or handling projects for the oilfield industry
Technical experience in Engineering or Manufacturing department is mandatory
Must have excellent interpersonal, negotiating, writing and presentation skills in order to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts in a variety of cultures and to build interpersonal relationships within the industry and customer organizations
Must have a sense of leadership and personnel management, an analytical approach with good problem solving ability, as well as maintain the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast paced environment;
PC skills (MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point);
Fluency in English is mandatory
