Responsibilities:

• Coordination and control of departments involved in the design, construction, and production of the plant;
• Managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring the efficient use of resources;
• Interaction with clients, contractors, and government authorities to resolve issues related to plant production and the implementation of plant development projects;
• Analyzing company performance and developing measures to improve efficiency;
• Monitoring production schedules;
• Planned work with design organizations and supervisory bodies overseeing the construction process;
• Knowledge and experience in submitting as-built documentation and calculating the volume of completed work will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position;
• Experience in managing an inorganic chemical processing and production facility is highly desirable;
• Higher technical education in engineering economics and/or management at an industrial enterprise in the chemical or oil industry;
• English proficiency at least Upper Intermediate, with the ability to conduct negotiations with foreign partners; (Chinese will be a plus, but not mandatory)
• Experience working at an industrial enterprise in the chemical industry will be an advantage.
