• Provides a range of engineering, technical and operational support to the Technical Department.

• Provides technical assistance to field personnel, enhancing topsides facility optimization and troubleshooting upsets or failures.

• Develops and manages scope of work for implementation by 3rd party contractors.

  Participate in 14/90/2Y-day IAP.

• Interfaces with production operations, maintenance, and engineering support groups in resolving problem areas and identifying upgrades needed for the field facilities.

• Develop and implement Operations/Production Support Team procedures for non-routine operations, perform Pre-Startup Safety / Readiness reviews and ensure compliance with Management of Change Process.

• Developing new and updating existing Operations/Production Support Team procedures and instructions.

• DP III design review; HAZOP, HAZID participation if requested.

• Assist in the preparation of the annual OPEX/CAPEX budget and monthly tracking of actuals vs budget

• Provide technical specification content for service and equipment contract implementation.

• Provides full support to laboratory (assisting in obtaining all required license, certificates, documents, contracts, chemicals, etc.)

• Supports to the operations in conclusion of contracts for services, prepares scope of works for each separate service including its technical evaluation during the tendering

• Controls the Contractor's works for the Operations Team and conducts discussions with them on improving their work performance as wells as the HSE quality, SQM/KPI; audit; site and base visits; raised NCR follow up, field entry.

• Mandatory:

• Higher (technical) education.
• Work experience not less than 5 years.
• Preferable:
• Experience in international oil companies no less than 3 years.
• Basics of the RK labour legislation;
• HSE rules and standards;
• Regulatory rules and documentation related to oil & gas operations and production industry;
• Spoken and written English;
