Responsibilities

• Managing of the whole Purchase Order aspects, specifically regarding engineering /documentation, procurement (sub-orders), fabrication and testing, with a special focus on production schedule and any potential issue, which could impact the contractual delivery date.
• Responsible for direct communication with suppliers, to ensure that all materials (bulk to packages) arrive at the appropriate destinations on schedule.
• Meetings with Project Management members to discuss any problem / delay and find the best solution to solve it.
• Interface with all internal company disciplines, in order to ensure a smooth proceeding of the ongoing Project, respecting the company deadlines / milestones
