Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project engineering or process engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related field
• Proven experience in Project Engineering and management or industry-specific experience, with a background in process engineering, technology, sales, customer service, or marketing being beneficial.
• Strong knowledge development on Process Simulations using software’s HYSYS, UNISIM
• Strong communication skills to manage multiple tasks and communicate with various departments across the business.
• Confident leadership abilities to establish goals, guide and mentor teams, monitor staff performance, and ensure quality outputs.
• Familiarity with project management techniques, such as agile development, and experience delivering initiatives successfully. A Master of Business Administration may be beneficial.
• Possess an accredited university degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of (out of which 3 years as Lead Engineer) experience in Oil & Gas Facilities engineering design, procurement, and construction and commissioning with a good understanding of technical integrity management systems, project management systems, quality and technical assurance systems, change management, waiver/query management.

Must know:

• International Oil and Gas Management standards and practices
• SWOT analysis techniques and applications to any type of business projects.
• Qualitative and quantitative risk management techniques and tools
• MOC risk assessment and response
• Up-to-date trends and approaches of business analytics.
• Security service’s instructions on visitors access to the office of the company;
• Internal labor regulations; etiquette labor regulations
• Means of communication, office equipment and computer, rules of their operation.
• Labour legislation of the RK;
• Regulations and norms of safety arrangements and precautions, industrial sanitary and firefighting safety.
