• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues – Help diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network problems.
• Monitor system performance – Track and report on network and system performance metrics.
• Provide technical support to users – Respond to user queries and provide solutions for common technical problems.
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency in office productivity tools – Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving skills – Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English languages.
