• Educated to at least Degree/Diploma level with work experience not less than 8 years in HSE Engineer/Specialist/Manager role for oil/gas/ Renewable/mineral industry
• Fully conversant with industry HSE requirement processes and procedures in a construction site
• Working knowledge and understanding of RoK and international codes of practice, regulations, standards, etc.
• Emission monitoring and controls
• Must be a self-starter and be able to quickly diagnose, analyze and solve a wide variety of problems in a remote location.
• Must be able to plan and organize his work load effectively to ensure that problem areas are quickly and efficiently resolved.

• Fluent communication in technical English
• Technical report writing
• Technical report writing
• Computer literacy
