• Notify supervisor/department head/Company management in writing and verbally about any existing or potential conflicts of interest.

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensure timely delivery of documents and instructions, preserve and properly formalize documentation, and monitor execution deadlines.

• Maintain and updаtеas-built documentation:
  • Revise drawings in accordance with site modifications.
  • Maintain and organize technical documents reflecting maintenance, upgrades, or operational changes.

• Draft and prepare working technical drawings/sketches under supervision of Engineering department engineers:
  • Develop equipment, utility systems, and infrastructure drawings when technical documentation is unavailable.
  • Produce drawings upon requests from Engineering and Operations.

• Coordinate with discipline engineers (mechanical, electrical, automation, process) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with technical requirements.

• Provide CAD support to all departments when required.

• Collaborate with the Document Control group to ensure traceability, compliance, and proper documentation control.

• Higher professional (technical) education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in CAD systems in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Hands-on experience with P&IDs, electrical schematics, equipment layouts, cable schedules, and other technical documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of labor protection, HSE, industrial and fire safety requirements.
• Familiarity with business communication ethics and Company Code of Conduct.
