• Supervision of accident investigations, reasons and consequences of omissions (faults) harmful substances to environment, preparation of proposals on its prevention and its liquidation.
• Development of monthly HSSE campaigns to prevent occupational diseases and industrial accidents, to improve working conditions and bringing them to the requirements of regulations on labor protection, as well as providing institutional support to implement the designed activities
• Participation in the issue of compensation by the employer harm to employees’ injury, occupational disease or other impairment of health related to their job duties
• Coordination of induction training on health and safety provided to all re-hire, seconded employees, pupils and students, who attended the in-service training or practice
• Preparation reports on labor protection for the prescribed form and by deadlines
• Control over timely performance of request and orders for the necessary equipment, devices, reagents, nutrients, uniform, special boots, PPE; provide control on its storage.
• Control over employee training on safe methods of work, conducting of instructions and knowledge tests.

• Supervision and control of Security department of the company (company asset theft investigations, potentially dangerous area control and assessment etc.)
