Environmental survey and control advisor

- Providing the technical management and support to environmental survey and industrial environmental control programs development,
- Obtaining approvals from Environmental State Authorities to these programs;
- Technical specifications, plans and schedules development
- Contract Administration, including participation to the Contract Boards, preparation of the Tender documentation, Bidders assessment, award a contract and control of contacts implementation, including Contractors inspection/audit, Contractors compliance with Company HSE requirements;
- participation to HAZID and HAZOP exercises;
- Leading development and obtaining approval process of the department annual work programs, budget and procurement plan.
- Preparation, obtaining approval, control and monitoring of Department’s Budget and procurement plan performance.
- Performance as Companies representative onboard during surveys and ensuring compliance of surveys to HSE standards and the methodologies accepted both at the international level, and RoK;
- Providing assessment of industrial control quality and analysis of environment;
- Information support with materials regarding current environment during EIA development;
- Information support with materials and results of industrial environmental control for the obligatory ecological reporting.
- Maintaining information base and providing company management with presentations regarding to industrial environmental control;
- Organization and carrying out Permanent Standing Committee at the office
- Organization and carrying out workshops, meetings, presentations;
- Preparation analytical reports, notes and presentations
- Cooperation with the stakeholders.

- Iimplementation of the environmental projects during offshore oil operations;
- Participation to environmental hazards identification and analysis study during drilling and well-test campaigns;
- Participation at the Company’s Business–plan (HSE work and budget programs) preparation.
- Environmental projects tender documentation preparation, monitoring of environmental contractors activities;
- Preparation and carrying out of public hearings of Environmental impact assessment of offshore oil operations;
- Preparation of analytical reports, notes and presentations;
- Technical consulting branch companies regarding HSE issues;
- Development and implementation Integrated managements systems’ documentation in accordance with international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001;
- Updating register of HSE regulatory acts and legislation;
- Implementation of the HSE informational system;
- Coordination branch companies HSE issues: obtaining approvals for the project documentations and passing State environmental expertise, obtaining permits for emissions and special water use, reporting to the State Authorities, payments for emissions and water use;
- Cooperation with the stakeholders.

Laboratory data analysis. Participation in environmental monitoring and baseline survey reporting. Participation at the EIA project development
