•Coordinate and implement all HSE procedures during onshore and
offshore project operations and ensure that all construction activities

Apparatus and Fire Fighting Apparatus notify all POB on the importance

Suits. Fire fighting equipments; Safety harness, and Ladder inspection

on personal health, safety and environmental issues.
•Ensure all offshore participants proper PPE while working, practicing
the safe work procedures and safe guard environmental issues and
