Обязанности:

• To develop and coordinate telecommunication engineering activities, detail and executive engineering activities.
• To define the scope of work of subcontracts related to telecom engineering activities and monitor the relevant implementation, thus ensuring the respect of quality standards and schedules set.
• To ensure the issue of purchase specifications and carry out the follow-up of supplies engineering during the bid and the executive phase in order to ensure that contractual requirements are met by suppliers.
• To define Commissioning and Start-up procedures for telecom systems, ensuring an adequate support during activities execution phases.
• To define workloads for the execution of telecom assembly and coordinate the relevant activities.
• To ensure the transmission and correct distribution of the information necessary to all the other disciplines for developing interdisciplinary activities within the project general context.
• Oversee the design and maintenance of telephone and broadband communication networks. Installing equipment, solving technical issues, working with fiber optic or copper cables.
• Develop specifications for Telecommunications, Public Alert – General Alarm, SCADA systems, for field instruments as well as all the plant documents
