System Administrator with Power Automate Experience

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining server systems, networks, and cloud services, while also automating workflows and business processes using Power Automate and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in System Administration.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams environments.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-100, or Power Platform-related certs).
• Experience with Power Apps, SharePoint, or other Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management tools.
• Experience with cloud automation and hybrid environments.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and other core infrastructure components.
• Maintain and monitor all server systems, network devices, and cloud services.
• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop and manage Power Automate flows to support internal business processes, reducing manual work and improving efficiency.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Ensure data backups and disaster recovery plans are functional and tested.
• Apply system patches, updates, and upgrades regularly.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand automation needs and translate them into scalable Power Automate solutions.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
