Job Duties:
• Follow management instructions.
• Provide IT support to the Company users.
• Train and raise awareness with users.
• Manage all user requests for IT services.
• Arrange additional resources to resolve incidents when needed.
• Monitor and escalate incidents according to the agreed service levels
• Inform users about relevant changes in the IT Infrastructure, possible and scheduled outages, Group-wide incidents status and new features/tools available.
• Support the local hardware.
• Accept requests for new equipment, handle them according to the local IT policies and be a liaison between a user and the IT Procurement. Inform the IT Procurement of current/future IT equipment requirements.
• Coordinate IT equipment usage, keep track of IT equipment movement, perform inventory and report inventory status.
• Assemble, install and configure PCs, printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment.
• Install, upgrade and remove various software such as operating systems, office tools, antiviral systems, databases and etc.
• Update and administer local server applications.
• Create and track Requests for Change in the Company’s IT infrastructure.
• Ensure implementation of the Server Room maintenance manual.
• Create, move and dеlеtеuser accounts and produce all documents connected with this activity.
• Take part in introduction of the Company IT projects.
• Monitor IT Policies compliance.
• Manage global IT projects on the client side: participate in pilot tests, provide feedback, participate in new software rollouts, hardware installations and assist engineers in making changes on hardware and software.
Qualification requirements:• Higher professional (technical) education
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Good written and spoken English
