Duties: - Perform biannual updates of individual objectives and ensure alignment and consent from E&I and CMMS Team Lead on objectives.
- Liaise with E&I and CMMS Team Lead and have consent regarding updating of Personal Development Plan.
- Support the department journey to obtain maintenance excellence.
- Ensure activities within areas of responsibility of Employee follow Company policies and procedures as well as applicable International and RK laws, rules and regulations.
- Ensure timely and proactively follow-up on all relevant Synergi cases, internal and external inspection findings and other relevant HSE issues within area of responsibility of Employee.
- Develop schedules for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment.
- Perform a technical assessment of new entrants into the organization electrical equipment.
- Ensure inputs for shut down planning activities are timely and proactively provided within areas of responsibility of Employee.
- Ensure timely and proactively follow-up on all relevant shutdown reports, lessons learnt within areas of responsibility of Employee
- Ensure future maintenance activities are proactively planned, prepared and scheduled with the required level of equipment integrity and reliability within areas of responsibility of Employee.
- Ensure maintenance activities are proactively coordinated including contractor management within areas of responsibilities of Employee.
- Ensure contractor's personnel are pre-job briefed in office, informed about field contact persons and informed about relevant HSE issues including relevant HSE procedures before field mobilization.
- Ensure contractor's personnel have the right technical qualifications, equipment and tools before field mobilization.
- Ensure liaison with field maintenance team, production team, and other stakeholders to stay updated on the on-going maintenance activities within areas of responsibility of Employee.
- Ensure major, important and/or critical breakdown jobs within areas of responsibility of Employee, are attended when required.
- Ensure equipment documentation and Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) procedures are constantly updated within areas of responsibility of Employee.
- Ensure RoFo and budget numbers are proposed within areas of responsibility of Employee.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and correct cost allocations within areas of responsibility of Employee and team members.
- Ensure timely documents review and commenting to Projects and Engineering Department on new facilities when requested.
- Participate in acceptance test of new facilities.
- Maintain auditable record of own activities.
- Ensure smooth operation, proper maintenance, repair and modernization of power equipment and power networks.
- Determine the need for production of energy resources, prepare proposals and the necessary justifications for technical upgrading, development of power facilities, reconstruction and modernization of power systems.
- Make applications for purchase of equipment, materials, spare parts required for operation of power facilities and the connection of additional capacity of power supply enterprises.
Requirements: - Higher education in the relevant specialty and relevant professional experience at least 3 years, or secondary technical and vocational (college, secondary technical school) education in the relevant specialty (qualification) and professional experience at least 5 years.
