Обязанности:
  • Support with tender document package preparation.
  • Keep tender documents up to date in the online library.
  • Keep up to date Sales business systems.
  • Keep tracking of sales activities, market share and competitors’ information.
  • Check data accuracy in invoices and documents flow for accounting team.
  • Maintain and updаtеsales and customer records.
  • Develop monthly sales reports.
  • Support with tender document package preparation.
  • Keep tender documents up to date in the online library.
  • Keep up to date Sales business systems.
Требования:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Experience in tendering processes (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
