Responsibilities

• Application of the requirements of codes and standards
• Identification of relevant materials and components
• Knowledge of heat treatment procedures and recording systems
• Knowledge of hydrostatic test methods, safety, and best practice and pneumatic testing
• Awareness of Destructive mechanical testing
• Awareness of Non-destructive mechanical testing
• Knowledge of inspection quality test plans
• Knowledge of Quality related procedures and practices
• Health and safety requirements and practices
• Knowledge of associated manufacturing processes and operations
• Issuing and follow up of Non-Conformance Reports and Field Discrepancy Reports
• Preparation and compilation of project quality documentation including the compilation of project site quality dossiers
• To co-ordinate and assure project quality reporting towards Client.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience works in a similar QC Coordinator role
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and mathematics skills
• Utilizes NDT testing methods
• Excellent analytical and planning skills
