Обязанности: - Managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff
- Assisting in onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting in administrative tasks
Требования: - Good communication skills
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good knowledge of three languages: Kazakh, English and Russian
