Обязанности:
  • Managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment to ensure smooth operations
  • Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff
  • Assisting in onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting in administrative tasks
Требования:
  • Good communication skills
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good knowledge of three languages: Kazakh, English and Russian
